" Pretzel "

Pretzel is kind of bread, and the shape is unique knot.

Especially Pretzel is found in coffee shop, 

and this is one of popular bread in coffee shop.

Pretzel dates back German monastery.

Pretzel is loved by lots of people steadily,

and there are some popular franchise of Pretzel.

Personally, I like cream cheese pretzel. :)

A few years ago, 

clothing brand FUBU used the shape of pretzel for their brand logo.

( shape  of ' O ' is expressed pretzel's shape. )

If you want to make Pretzel, it is not difficult.

You just have to mix materials and make the shape, 

and get some ferment time and bake it some minutes at oven!
