Nowadays in Korea, lots of Home Baking merchandises is introduced in the market.

Actually I also used them frequently, and their quality is really good.

Just buy them in the market, and follow the simple process.

You can make them really easily.

1. Bread Mix

First, this is bread mix.

Just knead dough the mix flour with few water,

and ferment it some minutes.

and bake the dough oven or other equipment.

2. Plane Yogurt Mousse Mix

Second, This is plane yogurt mousse mix.

(I'm so surprised to find it. I love yogurt!)

Just follow the process behind the box,

you can make many pieces of plane yogurt mousse.

As you know,

one piece of plane yogurt mousse is really expensive in coffee shop or bakery.

3. Brownie Mix

Third, Brownie mix. I introduced it another post.

4. Domestic Wheat Mix

Last, they are Hodduck mix (kind of Chinese pancake) ,

Chocolate cookie mix, and muffin mix.

they are made from domestic wheat,

and processes are simple like other merchandises.
